Q: How can you offer such high speeds at such low prices when others like AT&T can't?

A: In many locations a "twisted pair" (of copper wires) is the only connection available to a building,
     and that can't support today's higher speeds, especially the further your building is from a
     fiber POP.  Fiber installation is often prohibitively expensive, and unlicensed microwave
     frequently has problems with interference.  But ECC's patented new technology has none of
     these limitations, allowing us to outperform the competition and offer you faster speeds and
     better prices.



Q: What if I'm locked in a service contract with a company I'm not happy with?

A: No problem, we'll help you out of your contract, often paying your ETFs (Early Termination Fees).
     We want your business, and you should be able to get the internet speeds you want.  Contact us

Q: My internet connection is absolutely vital to my business. How reliable is your service?

A: Very.  We offer what's called "four 9s": 99.99% uptime.



Q: What if it turns out I need service -- at 3am? Or on a weekend?
